Joseph L. Wholahan tells the following story of his Grandfather William
in a letter to Leo August 10, 1998:
"William was a bronze molder and helped work on the most famous statue in Philadelphia. The statue is of William Penn and stands on top of City Hall. It is the symbol of the city of Brotherly Love."
