20 niceses & nephews & their children. Born in Rochester on May 23, 1916, Richard was the 6th of 8 children of Clare & Ellen Tierney Lansing. He is remembered for his incisive mind & wicked sense of humor. With his loden cape & great imagination he was a special friend to children. A gathering to remember him will be announced later.
