Richard Ridley, Robert’s Son, enlisted in 1861 in Waterloo as part of the 33rd Volunteer Infantry Regiment. He was captured in Fredricksburg in May of 1862 and in June of 1863 was released and discharged in Geneva New York. Civil War Story
