Joseph is sick, suffering from Schizophrenia, and living in a half way house. He was afflicted just 2 months before graduation from College, at age 22, having a nervous brakedown. He could do no work for two years, then he drove a cab for 2 years and then he studied Advertizing Art, but now in 1996 is unemployed. Manya worried that this condition was caused by improper food and poor health during her internment in concentration camps when she was pregnant with Joseph.
