Obituary of Agustin Dodd.......................1962
Agustin B. Dodd, 68, of 625 Gravel Road, Webster, who worked for Todd Division, Buroughs Corp., for 35 years until his retirement, died suddenly yesterday ( November 16 1962 ) of a heart attack at his home.
Mr. Dodd retired from Burroughs about five years ago. He was a native of Rochester, and was active in the Elks Club for many years.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dorthy Clark of Rochester;
Miss Kathleen Dodd; Mrs. Leona Karle of New Jersey; five granddaughters, and one great-grandson.

I checked the Rochester Telephone books which start @1930 @ Rochester Public Library:
I could not find a Augustin Dodd listed in 1930, 1931, 1932, 1933 or 1934.

I checked the "Index of Marriages" @ the Rochester Record Archives @ 411 Andrews Street and could not find "Dodd, Agustin" in any Marriage Record from 1910 - 1918 ......checked Friday April 16, 1999

Judy Farrell said in an E-Mail note: "Grampa (Gus) was an avid baseball fan..attending the World Series each year in his retirement years including the year died.
....I (Leo) also remember that Gus came to our house @ 107 Burlington Avenue, arriving in a big car and taking me, (in the 30's)....yep just little me, to a Red Wing baseball game.....great fun being treated by my uncle Gus.
Judy Farrel said Augustiin was a bartender in 1915 living at 77 Cadt Street with Leo and Mary (she must have meant Anna Marie).

I met with Bill Loftus, Villanova 49, & Bill Mc Call ,Villanova 34, for lunch @ the Highlands today May 10, 1999, & Bill McCall said he knew Gus Dodd as a neighbor on Grand Avenue in City.
This was between marriages.
