................LAWYER CASPER SOLOMON DIES:
Casper l. Solomon, 74, of 2501 East Avenue, Brighton, a Rochester lawyer for more than 45 years, died Friday (April 23, 1976) in St. Francis Hospital, Miami Beach, Fla.
His nephew, Thomas Solomon suffered a heart attack. He had spent the winter in Flordia. Mr. Solomon was born in New York City and came to Rochester with his family about 1912. He grew up in the Hudson Avenue-Baden Street area.
His first law partner was the late D. Curtis Gano. In recent years his partners had been Harold Ashworth and Michael Polozie. He practiced general law but a large part of it involved real estate and taxes. Mr Solomon was chairman of the Israeli Bond Drive here in 1958 and 1959. He was a member of the board of directors of the Jewish Home & Infirmary and Temple Beth El and a member of the Irondequoit Country Club and the Monroe County, New York State and American Bar Association. Surviving are his wife Mary Eisenberg Solomon and his sister, Mrs. Harry (Pauline) Freeman of Elmira where his mother ran a grocery store. His father died when he was a youngster. Mr. Solomon was graduated from East High School, attended Cornell University and Graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1930.

................ SOLOMON, CASPER L:........April 23, 1976, Casper L. Solomon of 2501 East Avenue, in Miami Beach, Flordia. He leaves wife Mary Eisenberg Solomon and one sister, Mrs. Harry (Pauline) Freeman of Elmira two nephews, Thomas and Robert Solomon; one niece, Barbara Coen.
Funeral services will be held in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel at Temple Beth-El, 139 Winton Road South, Monday April 26, at 1 pm. Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Friends wising may contribute to their favored charity. Following the funeral a period of morning will be observed at 2501 East Avenue, Art. 505, thru Wednesday evening. Arrangements by Parsky Funeral Home Inc.
