The following was a story in the Rochester Times Union on Monday Oct. 5, 1925:
ERIE SOCIAL CLUB CONDUCTS FINE BAKE @ CORBETT'S GLEN:
The ERIE SOCIAL CLUB held its best CLAMBAKE yesterday in CORETT'S GLEN. The bake which was served continuously from noon untill 5 o'clock was attended by members of the club and their families to the total number of about 500........following the bake a series of sports was run off with prizes for the first three winners. Republican canadite for Sheriff & Superintendant Monroe County Penitentiary & other well known office-holders and political leaders were present. The bake was handled by a committee composed of William Eisenberg &............all had a good time.
Mary Eisenberg said she remembers attending many such affairs with her father & brthers.
Mary would have been 6 years old in 1925.

Businessman Succumbs To Heart Attack:
William Eisenberg, GOP Stalwart, Dies @ 50:
Sportsman, businessman and active fraternalist, William (Spike) Eisenberg, died early yesterday ( July 19, 1938) at his home, 122 East Parkway Irondequoit. He had been stricken with a heart attack. Onetime president of the Erie Social Club, staunch Republican organization of Rochester. He would have celebrated his 51st birthday Sept. 3. At the time of his death he operated the Community Liquor Store, which took the place of a Resturant he once owned on Clinton Avenue North next to the Elks Club.
A native of Rochester, he attende School 24 and Manilus Military Academy, which he left when his father, Conrad Eisenberg, grocer died. Although he was intensely interested in politics, he never ran for office. He was a member of the Elks, Eagles and a director of the Pinnacle Loan Association.
He leaves two sons, William C. and Leo Eisenberg, a daughter Miss Mary Margaret and two sisters Mrs. Gustave Schilling and Mrs. Anna Frank all of Rochester.

EISENBERG: William Eisenberg suddenly, Tuesday morning July 19, 1938 19, 1938) at his home, 122 East Parkway Irondequoit. He is survived by two sons, William C. and Leo Eisenberg, a daughter Miss Mary Margaret and two sisters Mrs. Gustave Schilling and Mrs. Anna Frank all of Rochester. Private Services held Wednesday morning.

Eisenberg Property Goes to Children:
“Probate of the will of William “Spike” Eisenberg, 122 East Parkway, Irondequoit, disposed of an estate valued at “upwards of $10,000” in realty and personal property. Former president of the Eire Social Club, Eisenberg died July 19, willing his property equally to two sons and a daughter. He was proprietor of the Community Liquor Shop, 810 Clinton Avenue South.
One son William C. Eisenberg, who is over 21 will receive his share immediately. shares of the other children, Leo 20, and Mary M. Eisenberg, 18, were left in trust until they reach their majority. Union Trust Company was appointed to adminster the estate after the designated executor, the estate attorney renounced his right.”
