I Checked Newspaper " Union Advertiser" Feb. 28, 1890
John T. Tierney runs for Supervisor of 14th Ward but found only a listing of canadiates with no written description or biography. Looked for election results but the paper did not list the Supervisor vote count.

I Looked for John T. Tierney, in 1900 U.S. Census for the Town of Brighton and found no record of a Tierney. Should look @ 1910 & 1920 Census.
